Registration
Pre-registration is required for ALL participants, speakers, volunteers, sponsors and exhibitors on Eventbrite. Deadline is January 25, 2013. Please check our Twitter stream @heartcamp in case deadlines should be extended. No payment or registrations will be accepted at the door.
We have a total of 80 chairs but actual seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis as you move around through different sessions.
Speakers
Pre-registration for speaking time slots is required and speaking time slots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please visit our Speaker Sign-Up page for more information.

Parking
Valet parking is discounted at $7 ALL DAY at Hotel Urbano is for HeartCamp folks. There are a limited number of free and metered slots surrounding the hotel.

Sustenance
Your registration fee includes the following:
- Coffee, Water and Sodas in the morning, one-hour service at opening session.
- Italian-style buffet lunch with vegetarian options.

- Possible treats throughout the day (depending on sponsors).
