Registration

Thank you for your interest in HeartCamp! Below please find different registration options for participants, speakers, sponsors and volunteers on Eventbrite. A modest ticketing fee will be added to your admission purchase.

Everyone who will be physically attending is required to register, because we need a headcount for catering and space is limited.

When you arrive, please present your ticket or ID at the registration desk or use Eventbrite’s smartphone app.

SPEAKERS & VOLUNTEERS

After we’ve communicated via email, you will receive a coupon code to waive your registration fee, which has been covered by our sponsors.  Last minute speakers in rogue sessions (if we have them) will be required to pay for their own admission, but it includes the full day event.

SPONSORS

Sponsors can contribute via Paypal at Eventbrite, where you can click on your appropriate category.  Although a limited numbers of lunches are covered by your contribution, everyone on your team who will spend the whole day at HeartCamp will still be required to register. Again, it’s about headcount. You’ll receive a coupon code via email. No worries — we’ll work out the logistics on a case by case basis. Thanks so much for your support!
