We believe HeartCamp should be free or as low-cost as possible for all participants. Access is important and the organizers do not make a profit. This is a strictly grassroots event; however, there are some costs involved, and donations of cash, in-kind goods and/or services, raffle items, etc; are welcome.
The more support we get, the more we will put back into the event, which means more goodies for our participants. Our bare bones cost is just the space, which has been discounted by Hotel Urbano, audio/visual set ups, plus lunch for the speakers. (We feel the speakers shouldn’t have to pay for their meal on this day.)

Angel Donors $100
Angel Donors are folks who support at the $100 level. The donation includes coffee service/lunch for one (a $26 value) and gets a mention on website sidebar with link to website (if desired). If you cannot attend, you can giveaway your ticket to someone else. Last year, some folks donated anonymously as well.
In-Kind & Service Providers
Can’t contribute cash but have a service to offer us to support the event? Can you volunteer time for services needed on the day of the event? Want to give away some goodies for our business card raffle at the end of the event? We’d love to have you on board and you will receive acknowledgement online (logo on website) and onstage as we do the raffle.

Support from media is always welcome. Help us promote the event and we will acknowledge you in return with a logo on website.
